For sure, the bag would be all you need to get a good workout in. I’m currently on the 100lb UFC bag and its more than enough.

My main complaint is that there are hard areas midway up the side of the bag, like stays or plates. I’m busting my shins on them doing roundhouses and it hurts like a MF. Is anyone else having this problem (with this or another bag) and have you figured out a way to fix it? Thanks!
